Net Leased:   DZ Realty, LLC represents buyers and sellers of Net Leased properties. Other names for Net Leased real estate include Single Tenant Net Leased, NNN, or Triple Net Leased investment property.  Examples of Net Leased real estate are freestanding Walgreens, McDonald's, and AutoZones. Investors purchase these properties that usually have long term leases with little if any ownership responsibility of managing the real estate.
