David Zacharia has been involved with commercial real estate since the October after college graduation in 1990.  He has transacted an estimated $95,000,000.00 and expects that number to be around $115,000,000.00 by the end of 2007.

DZ Realty, LLC has worked with some of the world's largest retail entities such as Wal-Mart, McDonald's, Walgreens, AutoZone, Aldi Inc., Washington Mutual, Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, La-Z-Boy, Blockbuster, Radio Shack, Extended Stay America, and Hobby Lobby. DZ Realty has also worked with many retail chains to one store owners that operate on regional and local levels.

David Zacharia's most known, completed projects in no particular order:

1. Assisted in the redevelopment of the former grocery at 103rd and Michigan in Chicago.  The building was gutted and new leases were executed with AutoZone, Family Dollar, and Washington Mutual. Total transactional value was around $7.3M.  DZ Realty's effort was one of the primary reasons the value of this property increased from an estimated $1.3M to $3.5M.

2. Spearheaded AutoZone's new store expansion as their broker handling site selection and LOI negotiation for leases and purchases throughout Chicagoland.  Total transactional value of the several property acquisitions was around $20M.

3. Represented Hobby Lobby's new store expansion as their broker handling site selection and LOI negotiation for leases throughout Greater Kansas City.  Total transactional value of the four leases was around $23M.

4. Represented Centrum Properties, Inc. as their broker in the leasing of their portfolio of over 300,000 square feet of regional, shopping center product in Chicagoland.  David's efforts reduced vacancy from an estimated fifteen percent to very close to zero percent.

5. Represented the Price family as their broker in the leasing of their over 600,000 square feet of shopping center product in Greater Kansas City.  David's efforts reduced vacancy rates from an estimated thirteen percent to around three percent.

David Zacharia has successfully leased spaces from 106 square feet to 106,000 square feet.  David has represented owners of around 3,000,000 square feet of property in lease and sale negotiations.  David has also represented many tenants and buyers that operate in the international, national, regional and local arenas.
